The pricing and quality is great, the customer service is amazing, they are quick to respond and I trust that when I order something like amethyst that's what I'm getting. Some places try to sell dyed glass or other material as a genuine crystal/stone but not this company. I recently dropped a plug I JUST got from maybe 6 inches and it broke but they are replacing the pair. The shipping is longer for me being in the US but that's to be expected. The website gives great advice to those who are new and don't know where to start when it comes to ear stretching, and the customer service is fantastic. My taper kit shipped faster than I expected, and when I emailed to let them know they accidentally sent me the wrong material, Carmie emailed me back and took care of everything within 12 hours. I’ve only had really good experiences with UkCustomPlugs. The plugs are true to size, the designs are the same in real life as you choose them online and the quality of the plugs is great. For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. Had fantastic customer service from Miye dealing with problem I had regarding a pair of plugs I’d purchased. Super prompt & efficient contact over email. Not only are the plugs beautiful, the team are so friendly & helpful. Wouldn’t purchase my plugs from anywhere else now.

I’ve been shopping with Custom Plugs for years now and I have never been let down, I’ve bought jewellery, clothing, cases, plugs, nearly everything on the site and not once have I been disappointed with my purchase, the most recent purchase was a hoodie, a set of silicone tunnels and a ring, they gave me a free pin for being a top customer, small things like that really go a long way, I will forever be recommending them to anyone in search of plugs or piercing jewellery, hoodies or T shirts, whatever it is, these guys do NOT disappoint.

Single most helpful company ever

Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!! Unforrunately the similar set was single flare plugs and I dont trust the little bands they need. Happily, Emily was there for me AGAIN and sent me the original plugs I ordered as soon as they were in stock, PLUS a free set of different plugs!! 10000/10 customer service

I put an order in late on Wednesday. Noticed I made a mistake when the confirmation order came through. I emailed straight away and got a reply first thing the next morning.

My issue was sorted straight away with no fuss and I received my order today.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I’m very pleased with my experience ordering from Custom Plugs! This was my first time ordering from them and there was an issue with my PO Box, I live on a base in Germany with an American PO Box. I spoke to Emily and Miye, both WONDERFUL to work with. They both made sure I received my order even though they had to try more than one option of getting it to me. So happy with Custom Plugs!! Ordered some silicone tunnels that are really good quality and i am happy with. However one plug that i ordered wasnt shipped with my order so i contacted customer services. My issue was dealt with by Emily who was very friendly, helpful and resolved the issue straight away without an issue. Would definitely recommend buying from Custom Plugs!

Amazing customer service

The Custom Plugs team were so, so helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size! It was completely my fault but they sent the right ones out the next day, even sending me a random surprise plug for my troubles when I had an issue!
