The website gives great advice to those who are new and don't know where to start when it comes to ear stretching, and the customer service is fantastic. My taper kit shipped faster than I expected, and when I emailed to let them know they accidentally sent me the wrong material, Carmie emailed me back and took care of everything within 12 hours. I had replacement plugs within a couple of days. Can't wait to shop again, recommended them to all of my friends!

This shop has become my 'go to' for plugs and tunnels / jewellery for stretched ears. I'm a newbie and ordered a stretch kit that I didn't love once received, and the exchange process was made super easy with Carmie and the team. Further, the replacement order was for double flares, jewellery that isn't fitting to my taste once in my hands, and yet again the exchange for my desired single flare plugs was super smooth and quick I've for my final replacement/order in my hands and the quality is spot on. quirky and thorough packaging, too! I had been buying my plugs from Amazon until I seen this website, custom plugs has an amazing selection of plugs tunnels ear weights and so so much more the even have the best size range I’ve seen in comparison to other places it used to be so hard to get 26mm or bigger from anywhere but now I buy new ear plugs/ tunnel’s almost every week! There website is super easy to use and you can find what your looking for in seconds and the shipping is so quick! 1000000/10 I recommend custom plugs to everyone!
Not only does this company make absolutely beautiful jewellery, but their customer service is exceptional. I needed to exchange an order that wasn’t quite what I wanted and Carmie was incredibly helpful and generous when helping me. The replies were fast and friendly, and the plug I received in exchange for the one I didn’t want is gorgeous. I’ll always shop here and have done for years. The quality of the stone/glass is like no other I’ve never had any problems. Highly Impressed
I’ve brought tunnels and plugs from here in the past (and from many other retailers) Custom Plugs is definitely my favourite, apart from the high quality of the jewellery (and just snagging a 241 deal on my last order, I think I might even like the free random pair better than the ones I ordered), the whole experience is fun, neatly packaged, stickers, even the envelope has art on it. I ordered a pair of amethyst tunnels from Customer Plugs and then sent an email asking if it would be possible to have a pair as dark as possible. Within minutes I received an reply from Emily saying that she would put a note on my order and that they would do their best to select a pair that I would love. I’ve only had really good experiences with UkCustomPlugs. The plugs are true to size, the designs are the same in real life as you choose them online and the quality of the plugs is great. For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. I’m very much pleased and can’t wait to order some more :))

custom plugs is the best company to order from. in the years i've been ordering from them i've never had any problem with any order and delivery is relatively fast. It's worth it to set up an account with the company as they really value their customers and thats the reason the majority of my collection is custom plugs, because you feel valued when ordering from them.
Best brand I've used in ages
I have been ordering my piercing from few different companies but ended up with having whole collection just from customplugs as their quality exceeds any other brands.
I order plugs once every few months cause they do last and it's just to expand my collection.
The new metal snake plugs are absolutely amazing and sit perfectly.
For anyone saying that customplugs are pricey, maybe a bit but it's because their quality beats other brands and customer service really does their job properly!!

Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!! Unforrunately the similar set was single flare plugs and I dont trust the little bands they need. I’m very pleased with my experience ordering from Custom Plugs! This was my first time ordering from them and there was an issue with my PO Box, I live on a base in Germany with an American PO Box. I spoke to Emily and Miye, both WONDERFUL to work with. They both made sure I received my order even though they had to try more than one option of getting it to me. Amazing customer service
The Custom Plugs team were so, so helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size! It was completely my fault but they sent the right ones out the next day, even sending me a random surprise plug for my troubles when I had an issue!
